The Korea Baking Qualification Association meets Hallyu globalization and
the fast-changing dessert market by training industry talent and
consulting middle and high school students for college admissions.

First Baking Academy offers eight programs based on the Korea Baking Qualification Association's exams:
macarons, tarts, cake design, baked goods, boulangerie, chocolate, pastry, and baking master.
We help students prepare for certificates and college admission success.

We provide a solid, structured program aimed at training top patissiers.
